We have had the regency pillow top mattress for 2 years. I notice it was sagging very badly in the center where my daughter sleeps. I looked up my paperwork. There is actually an insert that was added to the factory warranty that states," We understand your concerns about body impressions."Body impressions are normal characteristic in today's bedding.Don't be concerned.Mattresses today have additional filling materials that provide a longer life and superior comfort.

It is not a defect. The mattress is conforming to the sleeper, which maximizes proper support. That's a lot of of bull. Every morning my daughter crawls up from a sagging hole in the middle of the bed. What do they think the criteria for buying a new mattress would be?They must think the customer is ***.
